$5.8M/Year Website Builder Review Site
Welcome back!
Today I have two pretty cool findings AND one idea.
1- Nimbus Map → Selling data of off-sites properties to property developers
2- Site Builder Report → Making millions reviewing website builders
3- Bonus Idea → A Chrome extension for Ring Camera Users
Let’s get to it👇
NimbusMap
Nimbus Maps - The million $ data map company Property developers love.
They simply make it easy for property developers to find residential and commercial off-market sites.
They quickly grew the company to $6.2M in revenue in just a few years.
Exactly the kind of Permissionless business I like.
They took publicly available data, repackaged it into a map, and sold it at a high annual subscription to property developers.
Site Builder Report
A $5.8m website builder review site
Started by Steve Benjamins. He got the idea for Site Builder Report after his own website builder failed.
He realized the world didn't need another website builder- instead, it just needed someone to review the existing website builders.
He simply tests and ranks them on his website. The site went from making $0 to $44K/month in a few months.
Today it’s estimated to be making $5.8M per year. Pretty awesome simple business.
Here is a $20K/ Month Idea
Building A Chrome Extension for Ring Users
I came across a post on the Ring forums where users were actively begging for a Chrome extension to be developed. The post has over 4,000 views, which is a lot of potential customers.
Some features of this Chrome extension could include
👉 Real-time notifications whenever motion events are detected, so you can quickly and easily see what's happening at home from your desktop at work.
👉 You could also have access to live feeds and recorded footage from all your Ring cameras, without having to open up the Ring app on your phone.
👉 Multi-user support would allow you to easily share access with family members or other trusted individuals. And, advanced alerts could be set up, including motion zones, so you can customize how and when you're notified of events.
Maybe don’t call it the Ring Chrome Extension but call it something similar.
Go on the ring forum and market the extension there.
Thank me later!
